I spent the whole morning baking pretzels with cheese, raisins and chocolate chips. They look nice and their taste still needs improvement.

Looks are deceiving. Especially so for the stuff I have baked sometimes. My pretzels are not soft, sweet and chewy like Auntie Annes' pretzels. They are like hard loaves. I felt a bit sad and disappointed after trying one cheesy pretzel. Dad and mum were very encouraging and said it would be nice if it's dunked into coffee. haha.

This morning I microwaved the cheese and raisins pretzel to soften it and only ate the parts with raisin and cheese and threw the plain parts.

I think it may be better for me to stick to cakes and cookies until I find a recipe that guarantees me a soft sweet bread :)
