This is the exercise machine in the fitness corner in the park downstair. Dad can lift himself up quite effortlessly. Mum can't and I did 10 last Sat and my arm muscles were aching the next day :) Posted by Picasa

This look interesting. I wish we had such things near my place. I would try to make time to go down. Reminds me of the community gyms in BJ too.
