Mum and I have been seeing this cat the past few nights. Mum suspecting it belongs to some family staying in the next block and they let it roam. Its ear looks dirty. We fed it some food and it ate a little. It let me stroke its head but Mum asked it to go home as Noisy, another community we have been feeding the past 2 weeks was not happy with this intruder.
