Noisy who has been sterilised and has been hanging around the carpark near my block at night is a very sweet cat. It will meow like crazy. "Meow" on a vibration mode :) It seems to recognise us and would run towards us and meow loudly. Here Noisy was hissing @ the white cat and only after the cat left, Noisy calmed down.
