From late morning till just now, I attempted to bake some chocolate souffle cake. Somehow the egg white and sugar didn't rise to stiff peaks and I let the melted chocolate and butter mixture cool for too long. So in the end, they turn out to be like muffins. Also instead of using Cadbury dark chocolate, I tried Hershey unsweetened chocolate and the "muffins" taste like bitter chocolate. I rather like the taste being a bitter chocolate fan and this recipe is unique as it uses ground almond instead of flour. I shall bring some to Joan's place later for her to try.
