Healthy breakfast & lunch

I've been lazy in exercising lately, so I had to watch my diet when I'm eating alone. This morning I had a prune bun with capsicum and a small bowl of cereal. Lunch was a piece of papaya, natto (Japanese fermented soybeans) maki, Korean omelette roll and a banana mango juice. It wasn't a very cheap meal (more than $10) but I felt satisfied and all ready to get back to work. Now I'm looking forward to dinner back home :)
