The journey to Bangkok

Last Fri, our flight to Bangkok via Tiger Airways was delayed to 9plus pm instead of the scheduled 5.20pm. Joan called me the moment she received a call from the airline about the delay and I asked the cab driver to drive me to Tampines, Joan's place instead of Changi Airport.

Joan and I had meiji choc ice cream sticks and her mum's homemade soya bean milk while watching Memoirs of the Geisha before all of us (including her sis Ann and her mum) headed for Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Crystal Jade Kitchen for dinner.

We also had to wait for quite some time before we could board the plane. @ Bangkok Airport, the queues at the immigration counters were also long and we were so tired of waiting and standing. It was after midnight when we reached Novotel Siam Square, our hotel.

Luckily it was just a small bump as the rest of the trip was great!
