The carrot cake is really yummy. Even mum who doesn't like the smell of cinnamon likes it too as the smell is not too strong. Posted by Picasa

This should be the cake that I wanted to get for Ainsley's birthday but in the end didn't as had feedback that people may not like it.

I had a colleague who can't get used to the taste. My sister doesn't want to try it too. But me and mum really like it.
