Managed to see the Malay lady. Will arrange to go with her to feed the other cats soon.
We also tried to catch the mum this morning to sterilize her but she was very skittish. :(
How early can we sterilize the kittens? Think they're only 8 weeks old...
I think the vets in Singapore only sterilise cats at 6 months and above. Hope the mother cat will cooperate and be sent to the vet for sterilisation soon.
