The mirror and status greet you when you walk up to Tea Cafe 

Beautiful shield and drapes/curtains near where we were seated. 

While waiting for the tea and food to arrive, we have the decor of the cafe for our eyes to feast on. This is one of the lovely corners. 

Before our order came, we were given cold wet tissue to clean our hands, hot water with bits of lemon served in turkish tea cups. Ainsley had her water in the milk bottle :) 

Besides many variety of tea, they also have comfort food! 

This must be the mission of Tea Cafe :) 

Hui Jen brought us to this cool place called Tea Cafe (@ 38A Seah Street). Look @ this beautiful menu. It's like a mini coffee book!

We walked to Liang Seah Street to see our friend, Jeanette's photos @ Objectifs. Lovely black & white photos taken by her and 2 other photographers.

"Hiro" mascot was following behind "Yuki" mascot. Quite a cute sight. 

This "Yuki" mascot was walking into Bugis Junction with her minder. I have no idea what they were promoting. 

A large spread of food. Some of the dishes were not piping hot. I like the chicken satay, spicy mango salad, minced chicken with chilli and basil, tom yam soup and green chicken curry. Of course, the food I tasted in Bangkok are more authentic and flavourful but the experience @ Siam Kitchen was nice due to the company :) 

Free flow of iced lemon tea 

We girls and baby Ainsley had lunch @ Siam Kitchen @ Bugis Junction today. We tried the buffet lunch. 

Last night, we had our Cat Welfare Society (CWS) committee meeting. Dawn was very nice to get us dinner from Cedele Depot. The sandwiches were yummy and it was an enjoyable experience eating and discussing under the big clear sky. Dawn got me a magnet from US and Michelle was showing us some notebooks that have photos of cat/dog/rabbit. I will be leaving soon for a girls' outing with Slushy, her baby Ainsley, Hui Jen and Fairy Godmother and Jeanette. I shall try to do the minutes of yesterday's fruitful meeting tomorrow :)

I just ate 2 smiling face potato slices for breakfast. They look cute but taste like potato powder to me. 

After dinner, we hopped over to Jasmine's place, so that I can get acquainted to her new dog, a miniature pinscher. She and her family adopted Conrad a week ago from the previous owner. Conrad is very friendly and loves attention and cuddles. After feeding him some food and giving him rubs, he was comfortable to let me carry him like a baby. He even fell asleep on my lap with his head on Jasmine's lap and we gave him a massage. Such a sweet dog! 

As the minimum order per person is $10 and each crepe is not more than $10, we ordered another apple caramel crepe which is their specialty. The caramel is fragrant and the tangy apple gives a refreshing touch. 

We also shared this sweet crepe with hot chocolate and banana. The owner and chef was very friendly and came over to our table to ask how we like his food :) 

I had dinner with Jasmine @ Creperie Le P'tit Breton Cafe (@ Thomson Imperial Court, Upper Thomson Road). I order this savoury crepe (with cheese, egg, tomato, parsley). Yummy. 

Dad did a demonstration on this glider machine.  

This is the exercise machine in the fitness corner in the park downstair. Dad can lift himself up quite effortlessly. Mum can't and I did 10 last Sat and my arm muscles were aching the next day :)
