Toasted wheatgerm fish with cabbage

This was my lunch earlier. Mom has seasoned the fish slices with salt, pepper and a little sugar, so I coated them with toasted wheatgerm and baked them with cabbage in the toaster oven. The fish meat is a bit fishy but is still quite yummy.
